Deuuce exists to help you organise and pay for badminton games in Kharadi, Pune. This page explains exactly what you get back if you cancel a booked game.
What's refundable, and what isn't
When you cancel, only the court fee (what the venue actually charges for the time) is refundable. The payment gateway’s processing charge is not refunded at any of the cancellation tiers below. Both are shown as separate line items at checkout, before you pay, so this is never a surprise after the fact. When the cancellation is not your choice, you get everything back: see “If Deuuce cancels a booking” below.
Cancelling a booking

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Rescheduling
A booked game can be moved to a new time at the same venue once, and only up to 3 hours before the original start time. No refund or extra charge applies. The price stays the same.
If a payment succeeds after the slot is already gone
On rare occasions, two people may pay for the same court at nearly the same moment. If your payment is confirmed after the slot has already been taken, it is automatically cancelled and refunded in full, including the gateway charge. This is not a cancellation you asked for, and none of it is on you.
If Deuuce cancels a booking
In exceptional circumstances (for example, a venue closure, or a venue that cannot host your game), Deuuce may cancel a booked game directly. This is not a cancellation you asked for, so the refund tiers above do not apply. You get a full refund of everything you paid, including the payment gateway charge, however little notice was given. The booking is cancelled for you and the venue is not paid for it. The refund goes to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
