This describes what information Deuuce collects, why, and who it’s shared with. Deuuce is operated by Shubham Kumar, trading as Deuuce, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
What we collect
- From sign-in: your name, email, and profile photo, if you sign in with Google; just your email if you sign in by code.
- What you add yourself: a display name, phone number (optional), profile photo, your self-reported skill history if you choose to add it.
- From using the app: games you’ve hosted or joined, your attendance record, ratings you give and receive, messages you send in game chats, who you’ve played with.
- From payments: which booking a payment was for and its amount. Your card or bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay. Deuuce never receives or stores them.
- Automatically: basic technical data (device/browser type, crash reports) used only to keep the app working reliably.
Who we share it with
- Supabase: hosts our database and handles sign-in.
- Google: if you choose Google sign-in.
- Razorpay: processes payments for bookings.
- Sentry: receives technical crash reports, not your personal game data.
- Other players: your name and photo are visible to people in games you’ve joined or hosted. Your phone number and email are never shown to other players. Ratings you give are anonymous to the person rated.
We don’t sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you’d like your account and data deleted, email us and we’ll action it.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to see what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it by emailing shubhamkr.may1305@gmail.com.
Children
Deuuce isn’t intended for use by anyone under 18.
